IFS Leader for complex FSM service and support use cases

Back

IFS received the highest score from Gartner for complex service and support use cases in Gartner's critical field service management functions. In the report, Gartner states: "Field service management application priorities vary significantly depending on the use case. We compare vendors based on nine functional areas, weighted differently for each of the three use cases. Application leaders can use this research and the accompanying Magic Quadrant as part of a more comprehensive evaluation process.

For the fourth time, Gartner has named IFS the leader in the Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management. To determine ranking in the Magic Quadrant, Gartner evaluates each vendor's Field Service Management offerings for completeness of vision and execution.

To be named a leader, Gartner states, "Leaders demonstrate a market-defining vision of how technology can help service professionals achieve business goals. Leaders have the ability to fulfill their vision through products, services, ecosystems and solid business results in terms of revenue and profit. They also have solid new references from various regions and industries. "
